HERCULES Diamond Parts

Hercules Diamond Pier Kit works on all Hercules Diamond basketball systems. Uses high grade steel j-bolts that are galvanized and designed to be mounted in concrete. This is a 6 j-bolt pier system that is mounted into the concrete. The main pole then mounts to these bolts to hold the system to the concrete. This does not include the rebar needed for the concrete pier.

This backboard is designed for the Hercules Diamond basketball system and measures 72 Inch wide by 42 Inch height with 1/2 Inch regulation tempered glass. This backboard is a regulation sized backboard and plays just like the gym. Please note this does not come with any hardware and it does not include the H-bracket mounted to the back of the backboard.

This part replaces the white plastic or black cord that attaches the net to the rim. Note that this is cord is NOT coupled but does included a metal crimp several inches from the end that functions as a stop. Watch a video on how to replace the net tie.

Version Notes: Older rims that have curly "rim horns" do not need this part. Secondly, this replacement part may not look exactly like your original.

Heavy-duty nylon white net designed for outdoor use. This does not include the net tie. If your rim uses a net tie to hold the net on we recommend checking it to make sure you do not also need a replacement net tie. Video: Watch a video on how to replace the net

8x8 Inch gusset padding is used on the Hercules Diamond main pole and covers the base of the main pole for safety. This does not include the pole padding that covers the majority of the main pole.

8x8 Inch pole padding is used on the Hercules Diamond main pole and covers the bottom 2/3 of the main pole for safety.

Version Notes: If you are purchasing the 8x8 pole padding for the old Pro Dunk Diamond with an 8x8 pole you will need to cut the hole in the back of the pole padding for the adjustment mechanism.

72 Inch backboard padding can be mounted on any of our 72 Inch by 42 Inch backboards. This padding is a foam coated with a latex coating to resist the elements. It covers the edge of the bottom third of the backboard.

This includes 4 stainless steel rim bolts to mount the rim to the backboard. Specifically designed for the Hercules Diamond, Hercules Platinum, and Hercules Gold.

This includes:

Includes four rim spacers and are used to mount the rim off the backboard so that it does not touch the glass. These are required to be installed before the rim. The rim spacer is a steel insert that is coated in soft plastic.

Stainless steel self-tapping screw designed to mount the rim plate cover to the underside of the rim. This plate covers the springs and internal workings of the rim. Two are needed to mount the rim plate cover to the rim. Each measures 3cm long and 6mm in diameter with a 10 mm socket head.

• [1] 3cm x 6mm self-tapping screw with a 10 mm socket head

8 27cmx18mm bolts are used to mount the Hercules Diamond main extension arm to the main pole. Please note this only comes with 1 of the main bolts. If you need a complete set please purchase 8 of these.

Version Notes: If your system has 6 bolts total that mount the main extension arm to the main pole this hardware kit will not work for you. Please submit a support request for the parts you are in need of. This can be done at www.produnkhoops.com/support.

This bolt kit is for the Hercules Diamond extension arms. This kit comes with 6 bolts used to mount the small extension arm to the main extension arm and 6 bolts used to mount the small and large extension arm to the H-bracket on the back of the backboard. This does not include the 8 main bolts used to mount the main extension arm to the main pole and does not include the 4 bolts used to mount the rim to the backboard.

The Hercules Diamond H-bracket (with rust armor) is designed to connect the backboard to the main extension arm and the small extension arm. This is a black structure that mounts to the top and bottom of the backboard aluminum frame using 8 bolts and nuts.

The includes 8 stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers and are used to mount the H-bracket to the aluminum frame on the backboard. 4 are used on the top and 4 are used on the bottom securing it in the center of the backboard.

The Hercules Diamond main pole is an 8x8 Inch steel pole with 7 gauge thick steel walls.

Hercules Diamond Main extension arm connects the main pole to the H-bracket mounted on the back of the backboard. The small extension arm also connect to the main extension arm which then connects to the H-bracket as well.

Version Notes: If there are 6 bolts holding your main extension arm to the main pole this extension arm will not work. You must have 8 main bolts holding the main extension arm to the main pole.

Hercules Diamond small extension arm connects to the main extension arm and the H-bracket on the back of the backboard.

Hercules Diamond Main extension arm plate is letter F in the installation instructions. This plate is used to bolt the main extension arm to the main pole by sandwiching the main pole between the extension arm plate and the main extension arm.
