When you list the overhang number, is that with the hoop at 10ft or at its minimum at 5ft. For example, mathematically, if the overhang at 10' is 4ft for the gold hoop, it would be 6' when the hoop is at its lowest.

The overhang specification is when the rim is at a regulation 10 foot height. You can check the user manual for what the overhang is at different heights. On the THOR Gold for example see page 10 at a 6 foot rim height the overhang is 65 inches and at an 8 foot rim height the overhang is 56 inches. Hop that helps!
