It's good ... there is some movement if you hit it with a hard shot but it settles down within a second or two so it doesn't affect game play. If you dunk on it and grab the rim you'll see movement as well. The APOLLO systems are a great value. Glass backboard, break-away rim and all steel construction. You might consider the THOR instead if you're wanting gym quality performance or if you need easier height adjustment lower (down to 5 feet). Otherwise, APOLLO is a great choice.
