We need to install two in ground hoops just behind a 10 foot high fence surrounding an old tennis court area to create 2 new 3 on 3 basketball courts - will any of these hoops reach over the fence that high?

You'll need to cut a notch into the fence. Wouldn't need much of one for the fixed-height in-ground Hercules basketball hoops. The pole it right about 10' tall. The main extension arm mounts near the top and out and up at around a 45 degree angle. If you want an adjustable basketball system you'd look at THOR and you'll need a sizeable notch because the main extension arm pivots at about the 6.5 foot mark. A lot of people will put in new posts either side of the basketball post to allow somebody to slip through giving them access to the adjustment mechanism which is mounted on the back side. Hope that helps!
